“Calling Vailes is step #1. I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with both Emily and Samantha. They are kind, efficient and are easy to work with. We’ve had numerous gentlemen out to work on our house. Usually for maintenance or help with a problem but also had them install a new AC unit. Always call before they arrive and are courteous and professional and know what they are doing. They take time to explain what’s going on as they work. We’ve recommended them to friends. Vailes also takes a kind interest in the community as evidenced by agreeing to hang up posters of my children’s choir performances and showing an interest in supporting the choir in other ways.
