“As always, Michael does a fabulous job of servicing our heat pump. I feel secure knowing that if he says everything is okay, it is. If there is an issue, he will take care of it and/or give me the best options with an explanation so I can understand. Thank you Michael. Additionally he is training a new person, Colby which is awesome because I know he will teach him well.
Shout out to Alex taking care of answering the phones while being so pleasant.”
“David was an excellent service tech, both personable and professional. He kept looking until he found the issue, explained what needed to be done then quickly took care of it. I appreciate him and your company for taking care of my plumbing problem.”
