When Casey, the technician, came to my house this afternoon, he was very courteous wearing his boot covers, and had wonderful manners as we talked. He was very informative and didn’t mind my questions. He took the time needed to explore the issue with our AC and had it up and running before he left; insuring it was cooling down the house. My most recent interactions with your technicians resulted from an incessant water heater leak, and it required several visits from your technicians in repairing the problem. Part of this was due to defective parts sent to Vailes and reordering and reinstalling those parts.
Samantha, the technicians you sent to my home were courteous, competent, and professional. Brad, Anthony, Ken (Todd!), and Josh answered my questions, took care to protect my floor from any leaks, and went about their tasks of examining, diagnosing, and repairing with confidence and efficiency.
So, Samantha, the leak is fixed! And as in many situations, it indeed took a village, and I’m so very thankful for the teamwork of that village- the Village of Vailes!

All the people I spoke with over the phone were very considerate and obviously concerned about my issues and how best to solve them. From the first phone call with Samantha, to meeting Rory for the initial walk-through and estimate to the final installation, every one I spoke with and dealt with – highly professional, friendly, caring, patient, thorough.. The list goes on. Samantha is beyond helpful and so sweet and friendly to work with. Rory truly knows his product and what he is doing. He patiently answered every question (and I asked a lot!) I had about the potential ( at that time) installation. I decided to go with Vailes not only because they had come highly recommended but after meeting and talking to them I knew this was the company I wanted to work with. Rory, Blake, and Harrison treated me and my house with a great deal of respect and made me feel like I was their number one customer and priority, even though I know, in the middle of a HOT summer, I was not their only customer!! The job was completed quickly and efficiently. There was an issue with one unit during the installation and they have been on top of it and keep in contact with me regarding when it will be fixed. If you are looking for high quality people and equipment, Vailes is the one to go to. I only wish I had done this sooner! Usually for maintenance or help with a problem but also had them install a new AC unit. Always call before they arrive and are courteous and professional and know what they are doing. They take time to explain what’s going on as they work. We’ve recommended them to friends. Vailes also takes a kind interest in the community as evidenced by agreeing to hang up posters of my children’s choir performances and showing an interest in supporting the choir in other ways. It’s good they are in the valley and I’m pleased to provide this review.”
